Returns will be accepted for full refund within 7 days of receipt of product.  The item must be unused and in same condition as it was sent, returned in same packaging with buyer paying all return shipping costs.

Product returns due to defects in workmanship or damage in shipping must be made 24 hours from receipt of product and must be submitted with photo of defect or damage.  Seller will offer discount or full refund and may or may not wish product to be returned.  In the event seller wishes product returned, seller will pay all return shipping costs.

CARE:  Cutting/serving boards – hand wash, towel dry and then allow to completely air dry prior to storage.  Included with each purchase will be 1oz. of Odie’s Oil, applicator pad and directions so that you may refresh your board as required.

 

It is recommended that you do NOT cut on any resin portion of a cutting board, while cured resin is scratch resistant it is not designed to withstand this type of use.  Using a knife or other sharp instrument on resin will result in scratches and/or marring of the surface.

 

Refreshing your board is very easy, using the Odie’s Oil that is supplied with your board, put small dots of oil on the board, apply with white non-abrasive pad (also included) working in a circular motion.  Allow to sit for 10 – 30 minutes and then wipe away excess with a dry towel or rag, when the board feels “dry” you are done.  A little oil goes a long way. 

It is recommended that you do the entire board when refreshing.
